Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administer PRN medications as authorized by licensed nurse or physician.
• Document all PRN medications per State Standards.
• Take and record vital signs before medications that affect vitals.
• Count narcotics and document narcotics as required by policy.
• Observe and report adverse reactions to medications.
• Prepare and document medications prior to administration.
