The role involves assisting with medications, observing residents, maintaining records, and collaborating with nurses and the care team. Part-time and full-time options with day/evening shifts and a $500 sign-on bonus are available.

Formación

• Current Medication Aide Certification.
• Experience in senior care, assisted living, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Reliable, compassionate and able to work well as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with administering medications as directed.
• Observe residents and report any changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate medication and care records.
• Follow all safety procedures and medication protocols.
• Provide friendly support and respectful care to residents.
