Amber Grove Senior Living in Savannah, GA is seeking Resident Care Aides for memory care. Positions offer 12-hour shifts with both full-time and part-time options. Training is provided, and a caring team supports residents with daily activities and safety.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; First Aid & CPR certification is preferred or obtainable. Background checks are required. Competitive pay and benefits for full-time staff are offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certification is preferred or willing to obtain.
• Ability to pass a background check and work with residents respectfully.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobility and transfers and use of mobility aids.
• Help serve meals and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health or mood to nurses.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
• Keep resident areas clean and tidy.
• Document care and communicate with the nursing team.
• Maintain resident privacy and independence.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and infection control procedures.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
