Job summary

Staff Perm in Hamilton, OH is seeking a Certified Material Handling Operator and Assembler to safely operate equipment, assemble components to specification, and support both production and warehouse activities.

You will fabricate and assemble, interpret work orders and blueprints, inspect quality, package goods, move materials, and meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Join our team as a Certified Material Handling Operator and Assembler where your skills in safely operating equipment and assembling products to specification will be highly valued.

This role supports both production and warehouse operations by fabricating and assembling components, operating assembly equipment and small machinery, interpreting work orders and blueprints, inspecting product quality, packaging finished goods and kits, and meeting daily production goals. Additionally, you will ensure materials are safely moved, staged, and supplied to production areas to maintain an efficient workflow.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to safely operate and/or become certified to operate material handling equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, and repetitive manual tasks throughout the workday.
