Staff Perm is seeking a Production and Warehouse Support Specialist in Hamilton, Ohio to assemble products to specifications and manage material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will transport materials, load pallets, support inventory, and ensure accurate linkage between warehouse and manufacturing while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products according to specifications and production goals.
  • Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
  • Load and organize pallets to optimize warehouse space.
  • Support inventory activities to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain material flow between warehouse and manufacturing.
  • Operate assembly equipment and basic machinery as needed.
  • Inspect products and package finished goods.
  • Report equipment issues or product defects.

Job description

Become a key contributor as a Production and Warehouse Support Specialist, ensuring smooth operations by assembling products and managing material flow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position is responsible for supporting both production and warehouse operations by assembling products to specification and ensuring materials are safely moved, staged, and supplied to production areas. You will help maintain an efficient workflow by transporting materials and finished goods, loading pallets, supporting inventory activities, and maintaining accurate material flow between warehouse and manufacturing operations.

  • PAY RATE: 18.00 hour
  • LOCATION: Hamilton, OH 45015
  • POSITION: Right to Hire
Responsibilities
  • Assemble products according to specifications and production goals.
  • Transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
  • Load and organize pallets to optimize warehouse space.
  • Support inventory activities to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain material flow accuracy between warehouse and manufacturing.
  • Operate assembly equipment and small machinery as needed.
  • Interpret work orders and blueprints to guide assembly tasks.
  • Inspect product quality and package finished goods and kits.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Report equipment issues or product defects.
  • Assist other departments as operational needs require.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to safely operate and/or become certified to operate material handling equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform prolonged standing, walking, bending, and repetitive manual tasks throughout the workday.
