Job Overview

Laguna Healing Massage is seeking a CMT for an employee position in a tranquil, easy‑going environment. Starting pay average is $39.25/hr or higher ($25 base pay plus tips) for massage and $17/hr for admin time. Admin tasks include opening and closing, room prep, linens, client correspondence, SOAP notes, and self‑care. An online intake form, electronic chart notes, and online scheduling streamline work for staff and clients.

Responsibilities

Provide 30‑, 60‑, 90‑ and 120‑minute massages up to approximately 5 hrs per day, including relaxation, deep tissue, prenatal, sports, neuromuscular/myofascial, cupping and lymphatic drainage modalities. Perform administrative tasks such as opening/closing, room prep, linens, electronic charting, and client correspondence.

Work Schedule

3–5 days per week with 30 min scheduled between sessions. Evening and weekend (Saturday and Sunday) shifts are required.

Qualifications

A licensed CMT with strong work ethic, firm boundaries, friendly customer‑service focused attitude, professionalism, self‑motivation, dependability and proactive engagement.
