Duties

• Perform a variety of massage techniques and relaxation methods to address client concerns.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health histories, preferences, and specific pain points.
• Educate clients on self‑care practices and recommend appropriate treatment plans for ongoing wellness.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, client progress, and any relevant medical information.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to occupational health standards and sanitation protocols.
• Collaborate with staff to optimize client outcomes and coordinate care plans.
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions, and ensuring clients feel valued throughout their visit.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Prior work in massage welcomed and most specifically must be an LMT.
• Strong understanding of patient service principles, including patient assessment and personalized treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A valid massage therapy license is essential.
