Job summary

The Liberty Group is hiring experienced, HVAC certified apartment community maintenance technicians to respond to service requests, repair A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliances, and prep vacant units for market readiness. You will maintain records, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure grounds and common areas are well kept, delivering outstanding resident service.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of on-site experience, an HVAC/EPA/CFC certification, valid ID, reliable

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of onsite experience.
• Valid I.D. required.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Willing to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Manage records of activity in maintenance log.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turnover repairs and improvements.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Provide preventative maintenance and repair on A/C and other mechanical systems.
• Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.
