Job summary

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities in Huntersville, NC. This role pays $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

You will complete resident service requests, perform make-ready/turn repairs, maintain common areas, document work in logs, and deliver exceptional resident service. Applicants must meet all required qualifications listed in the posting.

Qualifications

• 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience
• Valid government-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
• Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready)

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
• Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed
• Document work completed in maintenance logs
• Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently
• Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams
