Job summary

Inspire Early Education in Old Forge, PA is hiring a Certified Lead Early Head Start Teacher to join our dedicated team.

This full-time role involves caring for children aged 6 weeks through 3 years, following state licensing and Head Start standards.

You’ll engage with families, complete home visits, participate in trainings, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive classroom culture. We offer paid time off, holidays, a 401(k), daily pay, and clear opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field is required.
• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification is required.
• Experience in a childcare setting is required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children is required.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children ages 6 weeks through 3 years.
• Follow Pennsylvania state licensing regulations and Early Head Start Performance Standards.
• Complete required home visits with enrolled families.
• Attend all required trainings and professional development opportunities.
