Job summary

Inspire Early Education in Old Forge, PA seeks dedicated childcare teachers to nurture and educate children from 6 weeks to 3 years. You will follow state licensing and Early Head Start standards to provide a safe, supportive classroom environment.

We value teamwork, ongoing professional development, and a positive, inclusive culture. Candidates should have ECE credentials, childcare experience, and a passion for helping children grow and thrive.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Required).
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in ECE or related field (Required).
• EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher Certification.
• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children.
• Ability to pass background and health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children ages 6 weeks through 3 years.
• Follow Pennsylvania licensing regulations and Early Head Start standards.
• Complete required home visits with enrolled families.
• Attend trainings and professional development opportunities.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow staff while maintaining documentation.
