• Analyze load charts to accurately calculate and verify safe lifting capacities.
• Execute comprehensive daily inspections of the crane, including cables, clutches, brakes, and associated hardware.
• Detect potential mechanical issues or safety hazards prior to beginning operations.
• Coordinate seamlessly with signal personnel, riggers, and supervisors to ensure team alignment.
• Execute lifts based on clear radio communication and standard hand signals.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team across marine, shipyard, and construction sites.
• Support the maintenance team by assisting with basic troubleshooting, preventative care, and equipment inspections.

Essential Qualifications

• Valid NCCCO crane operator certification.
• Proven track record of operating friction lattice cranes in a professional setting.
