SolutionHealth's Elliot Hospital Inpatient Pharmacy in Manchester, NH seeks a Certified Pharmacy Technician I for per diem, variable shifts. You will process and prepare patient medications under pharmacist supervision, distribute them to units, maintain automation and respond to calls from nursing staff.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, NH Board of Pharmacy registration and certifications, with one year of pharmacy experience preferred and knowledge of NH drug laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• NH Board of Pharmacy Registration is required.
• National and NH Board of Pharmacy certification is required.
• One year of previous pharmacy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of NH Drug laws preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes and prepares patient medications for pharmacist check.
• Distributes prepared medications to health system locations.
• Maintains automated dispensing cabinet medication inventory.
• Triages telephone calls to appropriate pharmacy personnel.
• Performs monthly floor inspections in assigned areas.
• Triages nursing staff electronic communications to pharmacists.
• Serves as pharmacist operational support during assigned shifts.
