Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Canton, MA is seeking a Certified Infant Teacher to join our Busy Bees community. You will partner with families and fellow teachers to provide a nurturing home-away-from-home for children, following NAEYC guidelines.

Key duties include overseeing multiple classrooms, mentoring staff, creating developmentally appropriate curricula, and communicating with families to plan the best care and education for each child.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, CDA credential, or MA Teacher certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing programs and activity in multiple classrooms.
• Mentoring Teachers and Assistant Teachers within our centers.
• Creating developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Curating programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Partnering with families to create plans to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
