BrightPath Kids in Braintree, MA is seeking a Certified Infant Teacher to work alongside teachers and families, delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with NAEYC standards. You will mentor classroom staff, oversee activities in multiple rooms, and partner with families to plan individualized care and education.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, a CDA credential, or MA teaching certification, with 2+ years in licensed child care preferred

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA credential or MA Teacher certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing programs and activities in multiple classrooms.
• Mentoring Teachers and Assistant Teachers within our centers.
• Creating developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Curating programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Partnering with families to create plans to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
