Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Woburn, MA is seeking a Certified Infant Teacher to work with teachers and families, providing a home-away-from-home environment in accordance with NAEYC guidelines. You will oversee programs in multiple classrooms, mentor staff, create developmentally appropriate curricula, plan activities based on children’s interests, and communicate with parents.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required.
• CDA credential or MA EEC Teacher Certification required.
• 2+ years of experience in a licensed child care facility preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask.
• Must work within regular operating hours and meet state criteria.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing programs and activities in multiple classrooms.
• Mentoring Teachers and Assistant Teachers within our centers.
• Creating developmentally appropriate curriculum according to NAEYC standards.
• Curating programs and activities based on children’s interests and learning styles.
• Partnering with families to create plans to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Providing effective communication with parents/guardians about their child.
