Job summary

Phoenix National Labs, part of the ATS Family, seeks Certified ICC/IFC Special Inspectors for major commercial, industrial, and semiconductor projects in Tempe, AZ. Opportunities are permanent and/or contract-based for those in the Phoenix/Tempe region or willing to relocate.

Qualified candidates hold ICC Special Inspector certifications; responsibilities include field inspections, reporting, and coordinating with owners, contractors, and project teams while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

Proven experience performing special inspections on commercial or industrial construction projects.
Strong understanding of applicable codes, standards, and QA requirements.
Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with contractors, owners, and project teams.

Responsibilities

Perform field inspections to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, building codes, and industry standards.
Complete inspection reports and project documentation accurately and timely.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve inspection-related issues.
Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and technical excellence.
