Job summary

ALL Crane Rental of Florida, LLC in Tampa is seeking a Certified Hydraulic Crane Operator with a Class-A CDL. This is a full-time, non-exempt role offering comprehensive benefits and a $300 sign-on bonus after 100 days of employment.

Responsibilities include safely operating heavy lift equipment, reading lift plans, maintaining safety compliance, and documenting actions. Candidates must hold active mobile and crawler crane certifications and a CDL with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Active Mobile Crane certification.
• Active Crawler Crane certification.
• CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• Experience in crane set-up and tear-down.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery.
• Capable of working in changing temperatures and humidity.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate complex heavy lift equipment.
• Read lift plans, load charts and operate a PC.
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and regulations.
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken.
• Other duties as assigned.
