Job summary

ALL Carolina Crane & Equipment, LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a certified Crane Operator with a CDL for our rental taxi-fleet. This full-time, on-site role offers a competitive benefits package and a $300 sign-on bonus after 100 days of employment.

Candidate must hold an active OSHA crane operator certificate and ideally a CDL. Experience with crane setup/teardown, safety-first mindset, and ability to work independently are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active crane operator certificate meeting OSHA criteria.
• CDL is strongly desired.
• Experience in crane setup and teardown is a definite plus.
• Strong initiative with ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work safely around moving machinery.
• Able to work in conditions with temperature and humidity changes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate complex heavy lift equipment.
• Read lift plans, load charts, and operate a PC.
• Maintain conformity to safety requirements and regulations.
• Prepare proper documentation of actions taken.
