Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, at least 3 years in maintenance/construction, and a SC plumbing license or equivalent. Strong reading of blueprints and manuals is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Maintenance/Construction.
• Certification/licensure: plumbing license from SC municipal association or approved board; acceptable driving record.
• Must read technical service manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform general installation and repair of water, steam, vacuum, and plumbing lines and systems.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, pumps, gauges, and backflow devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair Sterile Processing instruments and related equipment as needed.
• Coordinate extensive repairs with vendors and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
