• Go through residential homes top to bottom to evaluate any repairs that need to be made.
• Write a detailed report following each inspection that includes photos and specific descriptions of any damages observed.
• Make detailed notes for each home system so that the buyer and seller are both aware of every potential problem on the property.
• Estimate the potential cost to complete needed repairs, providing a range of options.
• Keep clients updated and promptly respond to requests so customers feel informed.

Qualifications
