LADACIN Network is seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to join our Independent Living Apartment Program in Monmouth County. You will support adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities while promoting independence, safety, and quality of life.

Training is available for qualified applicants. We offer comprehensive benefits, a supportive team, and flexible scheduling across full-time and part-time shifts in Long Branch, NJ.

Qualifications

• Current CHHA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living and personal care.
