Job summary

Home To Stay Home Care Solutions is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for Medford, NJ. This part-time, variable-hour position covers days, evenings, overnights, and weekends with a focus on compassionate, dependable care for seniors and individuals with disabilities in South Jersey.

Responsibilities include bathing, mobility support, light meals, companionship, light housekeeping, and medication reminders per care plan. NJ CHHA certification and reliable transportation are required.

• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
