SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring NJ Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) to provide compassionate, non-medical support to disabled seniors in Northern New Jersey. We offer full-time or part-time hours, including weekends and live-in options. Care locations include Essex, Union, Hudson, Morris, and Passaic Counties.

Qualifications

• NJ Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) required or in process.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Evidence of negative TB test.
• Wellness physical on file.
• National background check required.
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish professional communication with clients, family, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
