Job summary

Synergy HomeCare in New Jersey is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA) for live-in and hourly assignments. You will support seniors in their homes, promoting comfort, safety, and independence while following care plans and company policies.

Locations include Essex, Union, Morris, Hudson, and Passaic counties with local case matching for short commutes. NJ CHHA certification, CPR/First Aid, references, and reliable transportation are required; training and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have NJ CHHA certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience.
• Current PPD or chest X-ray.
• Immunization record (including COVID-19 booster and flu shot).
• 2 professional and 2 personal references.
• Drivers License/ Car (Preferred).
• Reliable transportation.
• Annual in-service records.
• Background check clearance.
