Job summary

Synergy HomeCare is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for live-in and hourly roles across Essex, Union, Morris, Hudson, and Passaic counties in New Jersey. You will provide non-medical in-home care, supporting seniors to remain independent at home while joining a supportive, growth-oriented team.

Requirements include NJ CHHA certification, 1+ year caregiving experience, CPR/First Aid, and a current PPD or chest X-ray.

Qualifications

• NJ CHHA certification is required.
• 1+ year of professional caregiving experience.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Current PPD or chest X-ray is required.
• Immunization including COVID-19 booster and flu shot is required.
• Two professional and two personal references are required.
• Driver's license/car preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Annual in-service records may be requested.
• Background check clearance is required.
