SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC in New Jersey is seeking NJ CHHA-certified caregivers to join our team. We provide in-home care with flexible full-time or part-time hours across Essex, Union, Hudson, Morris and Passaic counties.

Responsibilities include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation and medication reminders. We emphasize reliability, punctuality and consistent shift coverage to support disabled seniors and their families.

Qualifications

• NJ CHHA certification required or in progress.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Negative TB test on file.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Background check completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and attend to clients’ non-medical needs.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Administer medication reminders and coordinate with family.
• Establish and maintain professional communication with clients, families, and co-workers.
• Be punctual and ensure reliable shift coverage.

Qualifications & Requirements:
