Home To Stay is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for part-time, variable-hour roles in Cherry Hill, NJ and nearby communities. The job offers days, evenings, overnights, and weekends shifts, with a focus on compassionate, client-centered care and safe, dignified daily living for seniors and disabled clients.

Responsibilities include personal care, mobility assistance, light meals, companionship, and monitoring client conditions per care plans.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CHHA certification required.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Compassionate, dependable work ethic and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers.
• Prepare light meals and support proper nutrition.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Provide medication reminders per the client's care plan (no medication administration).
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
