The Senior Company in New Jersey is seeking CHHAs to provide essential, hands-on in-home care for Bergen County clients. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent, performing mobility assistance and personal care as needed.

Required: active NJ CHHA certification, valid driver's license, and strong English communication. Base pay is $20/hour with case-based differentials; overtime opportunities and benefits are offered to support caregivers and growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CHHA Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Experience with mobility assistance, transfers, and hands-on personal care required.

• Base pay: $20/hour + additional case differential based:
• Hours per day / days per week
• Distance traveled
• Pets in the home
• Couples Cases
• Level of care required
• Earn an additional $1-$10+ per hour depending on the case

Available Shifts

Day Shifts (Thursday-Saturday or Sunday-Wednesday)

• 7am-7pm (12 Hours)
• 8am-8pm (12 Hours)
• 8am-6pm (10 Hours)
• 9am-7pm (10 Hours)
• 8am-4pm (8 Hours)
• 9am-5pm (8 Hours)
