Job summary

The Senior Company in New Jersey is hiring CHHA caregivers to provide hands-on care in clients’ homes across Bergen County. You will support mobility, transfers, and daily living activities, ensuring safety and independence for clients while respecting their preferences and routines.

Base pay starts at $20/hour with an additional case differential of $1–$10+ per hour, depending on shift, caseload, and travel distance.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CHHA Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience with mobility assistance, transfers, and hands-on personal care

Base pay: $20/hour + additional case differential based on:

• Hours per day / days per week
• Distance traveled
• Pets in the home
• Couples Cases
• Level of care required

• Earn an additional $1-$10+ per hour depending on the case

Available Shifts

Day Shifts (Thursday-Saturday) or (Sunday- Wednesday)

• 7am-7pm (12 Hours)
• 8am-8pm (12 Hours)
• 8am-6pm (10 Hours)
• 9am-7pm (10 Hours)
• 8am-4pm (8 Hours)
• 9am-5pm (8 Hours)

Overnight Shifts(Thursday-Saturday) or (Sunday- Wednesday)

• 7pm-7am (12 Hours)
• 8pm-8am (12 Hours)
• 9pm-9am (12 Hours)
• 8pm-6am (10 Hours)
• 9pm-7am (10 Hours)
