SYNERGY HomeCare seeks caring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) in New Jersey to provide personal care, companionship, and support with light tasks. You’ll work closely with clients to ensure comfort and safety, while upholding professional standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients including bathing, dressing, toileting, and assistance with transfers
• Provide companionship and social engagement for clients
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders

• Provide reliable care by being punctual and covering shifts as needed

Job Functions:
