SYNERGY HomeCare in Morristown, NJ is seeking caring and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to make a difference in clients’ lives. We offer flexible schedules and competitive wages, with hourly shifts and live-in options.

You will provide personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders, while building professional relationships with clients.

We cover Morris County and surrounding areas, with opportunities across several counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients including bathing, dressing, toileting, transfers, and other daily activities.
• Offer companionship and social engagement to support clients' well-being.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish a professional relationship and maintain reliable, punctual care.
• Cover shifts consistently and communicate effectively with clients.

Job Functions:

• Provide personal care to clients as needed including bathing, dressing, toileting, assistance with transfers etc.
• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
