Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Monroe Township, New Jersey is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide non-medical care in clients' homes. As an HHA you will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, and maintain reliable shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified Home Health Aide in New Jersey to apply.
• Experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred.
• Flexible schedules available.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Provide personal care to clients as needed.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.

Hours: We have 4, 6, 8 and 12 hour shifts
