What You’ll Do

As a "clinical anchor" for your clients, you will provide vital daily support including:

• Companionship: Delivering meaningful social engagement and specialized memory care support (Alzheimer’s/Dementia).
• Personal Care: Providing safe assistance with daily activities (ADLs) like showering, grooming, and dressing.
• Nutrition & Home: Preparing nutritious meals and handling light housekeeping.
• Transportation: Providing reliable transport for essential grocery shopping, errands, and vital medical appointments (such as dialysis support).
