Job summary

Always Best Care is seeking Certified Home Health Aides to join our team in Middlesex County and surrounding areas. You will assist clients with daily personal care, mobility, and daily routines while providing companionship and support under supervision.

We offer part-time and full-time positions with benefits including health, dental, vision, mileage reimbursement, PTO, 401K, and flexible scheduling. Must have NJ CHHA and a valid driver's license, with strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• New Jersey CHHA certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Reliable transportation.
• 6 months caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with daily routines.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to the care team.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Follow individualized care plans under the supervision of a nurse or case manager.
