Job summary

Complete Care at Holmdel is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide-CHHA to provide compassionate in-home support to residents. You will perform ADLs and help maintain a clean, safe living environment under state guidelines.

Per diem schedule 11-7a, with options to be paid daily. Full-time benefits include health, dental, vision and PTO; opportunities for advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active NJ CHHA certification required.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs including bathing, dressing, meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning.
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents.
• Follow local, state, and federal guidelines in all duties.
• Work independently or as part of a team.

Certified Home Health Aide-CHHA Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have an Active NJ (CHHA) Certified Home Health Aide certification
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required
• Perform ADLs including but not limited to bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning
• Maintain clean living conditions for residents
• Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
• Other duties as assigned by Unit Manager, Director of Nursing and Administrator
• Ability to work independently or part of a group
