Job summary

Complete Care at Bey Lea Assisted Living is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to support residents with daily living activities and to uphold comfort, dignity, and independence in a collaborative team. This role welcomes both experienced CHHAs and those looking to build a healthcare career, with growth opportunities across the organization.

Per diem opportunities exist and a "Work Today, Get Paid Today" program is available, along with comprehensive benefits for eligible full-time

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, ambulation, repositioning, and transfers
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident living areas
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Follow all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator
