Job summary

FellowshipLIFE Inc in Basking Ridge, NJ is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to support residents in our Life Plan Community. The role emphasizes compassionate, dignified care in a warm, hospitality-driven culture within an Assisted Living/Memory Care setting.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document observations, and help residents maintain independence and quality of life. NJ CHHA certification is required; weekend shifts are anticipated.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active NJ CHHA certification.
• Weekend availability required.
• Must work in person at Fellowship Village, Basking Ridge, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Receive and give shift reports, communicating changes in resident condition promptly to the clinical team.
• Provide personal care according to individualized plans of care, including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
• Support restorative and preventive care such as ambulation, transfers, and mobility assistance.
• Document care and observations accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with turning, positioning, and repositioning residents as outlined in their care plans.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, visitors, and team members through warm, professional communication.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive environment that reflects FellowshipLIFE's values and hospitality-driven culture.
