United Methodist Communities is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for per diem shifts in Northern New Jersey. Expect competitive hourly pay ranging from $20 to $30.75, depending on experience and shift.

• Current and active New Jersey CHHA certification (required).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs and report changes in patient behavior to nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, medication reminders, mobility).
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding and perform light housekeeping.
• Run errands and provide transportation to appointments.
• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement through safe, compassionate care.
