Caring Hand Home Health Solutions, Inc. is seeking a per diem Certified Home Health Aide to provide compassionate, in-home care under a supervising nurse. You will assist with daily personal care, mobility, meals, and medication self-administration, while documenting care accurately.

Requirements include CA CHHA certification, CPR (AHA), and a valid driver’s license with insured vehicle. The role emphasizes safety, independence, and empathy in patient care across home settings.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Californian CHHA certificate is required.
• CPR certification (AHA) is required.
• Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle.
• Able to read, follow written instructions, and document care accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and skin care.
• Assist with mobility, exercises, and range-of-motion activities per the care plan.
• Support patients with meals—from preparation to feeding assistance when needed.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) as directed.
• Help patients with medication self-administration.
• Keep the patient’s living space clean, safe, and orderly.
• Observe patients and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse.
• Document care provided in accordance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities
