Caring Hand Home Health Solutions, Inc in Grass Valley, CA is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide for per diem visits in patients' homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will provide personal care, safety, and comfort to support daily living activities.

The role offers pay per visit of $30-$40, with flexible scheduling and potential for full-time conversion based on performance, plus benefits like paid sick days and bereavement leave.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Californian Certified Home Health Aide certificate.
• Current CPR certification with AHA.
• Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to read, follow instructions, and document care accurately.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and skin care.
• Assist with mobility, exercises, and range-of-motion activities per the care plan.
• Support patients with meals—from preparation to feeding assistance.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Help patients with medication self-administration.
• Keep the living space clean, safe, and orderly.
• Observe patients and report changes to the supervising nurse.
• Document care provided per organizational standards.
• Perform other duties as required for patient services.

• Perform other duties as required for patient services

• A Californian Certified Home Health Aide certificate
