Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking Home Health Aides to support private in-home clients and facility clients in Burlington County, NJ. Positions offer flexible scheduling, full-time or part-time options, and training opportunities.

As an accredited home health provider, BAYADA emphasizes compassionate care, safety, and community support, with benefits and 24/7 clinical assistance available to staff.

Qualifications

• Current CHHA license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of experience as companion or CHHA.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding
• Ambulation / Transfers / mechanical lift devices / range of motion exercises
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home management: laundry, meal preparation, bed making, etc.
• Medication assistance

Education

Current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing

At least 1 year of experience as companion or CHHA

Pay Rate

• Private in-home clients - $18/hr - $20/hr
• Private facility clients - $18/hr - $20/hr

Qualifications

Current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing. At least (1) year of experience as companion or CHHA. Not certified? BAYADA hosts daytime and evening HHA certification classes, as well as certified nursing assistant (CNA) conversion courses every month!
