Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide in-home care across Bergen, Passaic, Hudson counties and nearby towns. Full-time and part-time positions with daytime or evening shifts, in Hackensack, Teaneck, Fort Lee, Garfield, Clifton, Passaic, Jersey City, Union City and surrounding areas.

Applicants should have an HHA license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing, plus reliable transportation and English communication ability.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work references in any field.
• Newly certified welcome.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Current HHA license listed in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Perform light housekeeping and grooming.
• Assist with toileting and bathing.
• Provide range-of-motion exercises and transfers using lifting devices.
• Assist with medication reminders and meal preparation.
