Job summary

Grace Healthcare Services is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide compassionate in-home care for patients in Hackettstown and surrounding Morris County areas. Start at $20/hour with a generous sign-on bonus and travel reimbursement.

Flexible schedules—full-time, part-time, or per diem—are available to fit your life while delivering dependable, quality care. You will assist with personal care, prepare meals, maintain a safe home, document care using Celltrak, and communicate

Qualifications

• Must hold current NJ CHHA certification in good standing.
• Clear communication in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Morris County.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals tailored to patient needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment for the patient.
• Document care accurately using Celltrak.
• Communicate changes in condition to RN Case Managers.
