Job summary

Grace Healthcare Services is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to serve patients in Morris County, New Jersey. You will provide compassionate in-home care, support daily living activities, and collaborate with RN Case Managers to ensure quality outcomes.

Starting pay is $20 per hour with a generous sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, and flexible shifts Monday through Sunday. Ongoing training and RN collaboration ensure you remain supported and up-to-date in patient care.

Qualifications

• Current NJ CHHA certification in good standing is required.
• Clear communication in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Morris County.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals tailored to patient needs
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment for the patient
• Document care accurately using Celltrak
• Communicate changes in condition to RN Case Managers
