Job summary

Grace Healthcare Services is hiring a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide compassionate in-home care across Burlington, Gloucester and Camden counties. Positions include evening shifts with a starting wage of $20 per hour, based on experience.

The role involves assisting with daily activities, meal prep, light household tasks, and care documentation. Ideal candidates will be fluent in English, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, and able to travel within Burlington County.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
• Physical capacity to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Burlington County.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, skincare, and mobility).
• Preparing simple, nutritious meals in accordance with patient care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and clean home environment.
• Accurately documenting care using CellTrak.
• Collaborating with RN Case Managers to monitor and report changes in patient conditions.

Position: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)

Location: Burlington County, Gloucester & Camden Counties, NJ

Compensation: Starting at $20 per hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts

• 4:00pm-8:00pm

Saturday - Sunday

• 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

What You'll Do
