Job summary

Fedelta Home Care is seeking a Part Time Service Worker in Vancouver, WA to provide compassionate in‑home care under supervision. Duties include assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, medication assistance, and light housekeeping to support client independence.

The role requires CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credentials or eligibility, plus a minimum of six months related experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Requires CNA/HCA/HHA/NAR credential in good standing or ability to obtain per WA regulations.
• Minimum of six months industry‑related experience is required.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home care per the client care plan under supervision.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, meal prep.
• Perform housekeeping, laundry, shopping, and transportation as needed.
• Document care provided and changes in client condition.
• Ensure client safety and maintain a clean, organized environment.
• Protect client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards.
