Premier Health in Springfield, Ohio is seeking a Certified Home Care Aide to work under the supervision of a licensed nurse, performing basic nursing tasks and documenting care provided in the patient’s home.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, a Home Care Aide Certificate preferred, and 1–3 years of related experience. Experience with OBRA 87 competency evaluation and CPR certification is valued.

Qualifications

• Must have completed ninth grade or equivalent.
• CPR certification preferred or required as per agency policy.
