Job summary

Alliance Homecare in Teaneck, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our private-duty care team. This role supports clients with essential daily activities and health monitoring.

We offer $21/hour starting pay with weekly pay, flexible 4–12 hour day and night shifts, paid orientation, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), sick and holiday pay. English fluency and NJ HHA license required.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey State HHA License.
• 6+ months of HHA experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation & mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Report changes in condition to the RN.
• Provide care according to the client's plan of care.
