Alliance Homecare – New Jersey is seeking dependable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our Teaneck, NJ private-duty care team. We offer $21/hour starting pay with weekly pay and flexible shifts.

Join us to provide compassionate in-home care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and support clients and their families with personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey State HHA License is required.
• 6+ months of HHA experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming & toileting.
• Assist with transfers, ambulation & mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Report changes in condition to the RN.
• Provide care according to the client’s plan of care.
